Theme: Let’s Go Christmas
The atmosphere around all participating airports was set to a toy factory concept setup, aiming to celebrate the merry period of Christmas with bright and playful centerpieces along with other cheerful decorations.
Obstacles

Tight Timelines
We faced tight intervals between setups just like other similar events, but this time we were more than ready to face this obstacle. In the end, everything was fine and everything was delivered on time. -
Pleasant Anxiety
The collaboration with Lego was wonderfully pleasant, but at the same time gave us occasional jitters. We were tasked with the objective of making sure the collaboration benefitted both parties and brands’ visions were addressed perfectly, for a complete experience around the airports.
The Game Plan
With the main objective of elevating the experience of travellers and giving them a joyful good old-fashioned Christmas cheer, we devised the following approaches in order to get the best outcome from the event:

Digital Applications
All event-related specials and activities were updated on social media platforms to gather sufficient interest around the event, as well as to raise awareness among the audience.

Video Campaign
A video campaign was arranged to celebrate lucky travellers in KLIA. Two flights were selected and all passengers were greeted with special presents when they were getting their luggages. Special appearances from Santa Claus, Santarinas, and a special Christmas choir group further brightened the ambience. The video was then posted to all social media platforms.

Merry Decorations and Performances
The setup was adorned with playful decorations and centerpieces, pushing for a cheerful atmosphere around the airport, complemented with other activities and performances including clown shows, band performances, workshops, caricature activities, and more.






Our Accomplishments

Successful Collaboration
One of our biggest collaborations, our work with Lego is one that we will always cherish. We were triumphant in managing an event that catered to the participating brands’ objectives while producing one-of-a-kind Christmas decorations and ambiences. -
Christmas in A Video
The video campaign managed to capture the beautiful Christmas happenings and blessings around the airport; a video that touches the emotion of viewers which in turn produced a significant number of reach and engagement from the audience.
