Obstacles

1. Hardcore Planning
   The task of planning a group-wide event involving hundreds of participants coming all across Malaysia was hard. The task was approached with on-the-spot revisions as to accommodate all participants and to make sure the date was applicable to all. We also had to ensure all sports venues were available on the date selected as most events ran simultaneously.
2. On Site Difficulties
   As most of the events are held at the same time, we had to diligently manage our schedule and provide relevant updates of the games. This includes providing live score updates that needed tough grinds from our technical team.
3. Annual Dinner
   The annual dinner was bombarded with a short turnaround time where the preparations for the annual dinner was done in a slightly shorter interval than we expected. 

The Game Plan

The main objective for our collaboration with Parkway Pantai was to assist them in organizing a seamless 2-day event filled with happy memories and spirited participation. To fully optimize our effort with the main objective set, we had come out with the following approaches in our game plan:

1. Meeting Expectations
   Being a prestigious event in the eyes of Parkway Pantai, we intended to do our best in meeting their expectations and needs. As such, we approached this task by providing a holistic approach from the pre-planning stage of the event until the closing ceremony to make sure everything ran smoothly. All sporting venues were also booked according to the needs of the games and within the parameters set by the client.  
2. Live Score Updates
   In any sporting event, anticipation is what keeps you on the edge of your seat. To indulge a spirited contest between all participants, we decided to come out with a live score updating system, which gave insights and results to all participants in every event. 
3. Creative Delights
   We take pride in our creative assignments, and the task of creating a creative atmosphere in an event is one thing that we never underestimate. For the event, we managed to create engaging banners and posters, as well as on-the-fly video editing of the event’s highlights which was made available before the commencement of the annual dinner.  

Our Accomplishments

1. Threats Normalized
   All hiccups that happened during the event were greeted with calm and composure from our party, as we managed to provide quick problem solving during the event. All revisions and alterations were made with the clients’ best interest and was duly studied to prevent snowballs of problem.  
2. Live Score
   Although proved to be a tough task for the technical team, providing live score updates was one of our highlights in the event. The updates were keyed in rigorously as the events happened which provided excitement to the participants; one of our most beloved sights in organizing the event.
