Obstacles 

• Starting from Scratch

Initially, there was no web application or any online system used by BSN as everything is done manually. Thus, we needed to build from scratch and it took us almost a year to make sure everything was in place. 

• Linux vs Microsoft

The proposed web application is set to run on a different platform, Microsoft, which we are not familiar with. This posed a challenge to us as we had to figure out how to work our way around it. 

The Game Plan

The goal for this project is to deliver a web application that facilitates the sales team in BSN to keep track of their progress and other miscellaneous tasks.  CODIUM implemented a few strategic measures to deliver the desired outcome as per the client’s objectives. 

• Talking Things Through

In order to comply with the standard set by BSN, we made sure that we maintained clear and constant communication with their team in regards to developing the web application accordingly.

• Helping Hand

Taking into consideration that our team are dealing with a new operating system, CODIUM took the liberty to outsource one programmer, Encik Rizam to help us smoothen things out when developing the web application 

Our Accomplishment 

1. The web application was successfully rolled out in 2015 and is still up and running until now.
2. We offered a year warranty support for the web application so that further enhancements could be made.
