We took an extra step in bringing the experience of nostalgic Raya celebrations, by collaborating with local culture powerhouses such as Bingka.KL, Loka Made, and Kueh Kita. The collaborations meant more lovely experiences for the visitors; featuring specially-built classic memorabilias, delicious traditional snacks, fun artistic workshops and lively traditional performances.
- Exclusive Gift Redemptions
To elevate the Nostalgia Raya experience to the visitors, they were also able to bring home exclusive souvenirs. An exclusive Bingka.KL travel pouch and Malaysia Airports’ money packets were up-for-grabs for guests spending a minimum of RM1,500 in a single receipt while a Loka Made pouch and Malaysia Airports’ money packets were able to be redeemed for guests spending a minimum of RM500.
- Shortcut to Redemption
The journey of visitors in the campaign was hoped to be met with a seamless and easy gift-redemption experience. One of our accomplishments is to successfully implement a new cloud based Redemption System (RMS) which managed to set a new benchmark for Malaysia Airports’ next Raya campaigns.
- Improved Sales
Both campaigns had seen us maintain a high sales number where both years recorded higher numbers than the previous years.
